Richard Hassall has been a leader in the promotional marketing and direct mail industries for over 25 years. Client successes include Ford Motor Company and its subsidiaries, the PGA Tour, NASCAR, Labatt Breweries and Harley Davidson F150.
Richard approached Ford in 1980 with a program concept to mark Ford’s entry into NASCAR, and from that meeting the Ford Collection, a multi-channeled catalog marketing program was launched.
Through planning and partnership with NASCAR, Richard created NASCAR’s first catalogue to function along side an interactive television program on ESPN following each NASCAR race.
As an innovator in the promotional marketing industry, Richard has produced award-winning catalogs and webstore programs that also served as profit centers for his clients.
In 2008 Richard Hassall purchased JRag, a company with 15 years experience in apparel and promotional decoration. He immediately established Vue Marketing, a boutique agency with a staff of talented, motivated and experienced people to provide full scale promotional marketing and strategy to compliment the production power of JRag.
Erwin Baizas is the President of JRag and VUE Marketing. Erwin has 18 years of experience in finance, operations, marketing and business development. While with HALO Industries and Accent Identity Management, he implemented catalog fulfillment programs and e-commerce solutions for the PGA Tour Golf Catalog, General Electric, GE Capital and Ford Motor Company. In addition, Erwin designed and implemented a quality operating system for HALO which ultimately led to ISO9001 and Ford Motor Company Q1 registration. Erwin further enhanced his quality training by earning his Six Sigma Black Belt certification with General Electric Company.
Prior to joining JRag, Erwin was the Director of Financial Operations for the southeast region of Surgical Care Affiliates, formerly the Ambulatory Surgery Center division of HealthSouth Corporation.
Erwin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting from Purdue University.
Alicia Hubbard has worked in advertising, design and marketing since graduating from the University of Montevallo in 2001 with a double Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (specializing in graphic design) and in Spanish.
Alicia became the Creative Director for JRag in 2004, organizing and overseeing creative production for the promotional material and apparel markets. She now functions as Creative Director for both JRag and Vue Marketing, helping to develop and fulfill structured and unique marketing programs.
Alicia has developed successful campaigns and promotions for the Birmingham Mercedes Marathon, the National MS Society, Birmingham Artwalk, Children’s Hospital and Citadel Broadcasting.
